- On May 21, 2003, the LiveJournal community allcrossovers was created. [1] Posted to the community was fan fiction from some of the following fandoms: Angel, Animorphs, Blade, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, CSI, CSI: Miami, Doctor Who, Grey’s Anatomy, Guyver, Harry Potter, Highlander, Lord of the Rings, Lost, Northern Exposure, Smallville, Sports Night, Star Trek, Stargate, Tomorrow People, Tortall, Veronica Mars.

- 09/22/2004-Veronica Mars debuts on UPN

- During the spring of 2006, fans "hired a plane to fly a "Renew Veronica" banner over the office of CW Entertainment president Dawn Ostroff." [2]

- During the spring of 2007, fans distributed flyers, trying to encourage people to watch the show.
- "A professional street team has been hired to distribute 30,000 flyers - 10,000 each in Los Angeles and New York and 5,000 each in Chicago and Philadelphia - the last weekend of April, promoting the stand-alone mysteries that the show will have when it returns May 1."[3]
- 05/22/2007-The final episode of Veronica Mars airs on the CW
